Menu Moroccan appetisers Briks ~ a selection of Filo pastry parcels both meat and vegetarian served with root vegetable crisps, broad bean dip and lemon coriander hummus Chermola fish fillets Delicately spiced fresh fillets of fish with fresh Moroccan herbs and spices Or Vegetarian option Essouerra of poached egg and braised vegetables Marrakech Harrira Soup A warming soup with chickpeas and saffron Organic beef or Vegetable Tagine
Lovingly marinated with toasted and ground cumin and coriander, braised and finished with apples, apricots and almonds. Dessert Agadir style rice pudding and honey balls
